Holy Bible Book Divine
Written Down In Language Of Mine
Breath of God on parchment placed
Enshrined in ink for every race
Word of God there I behold
Every word upon thy pages told
Tales of words from ages past
Yet
transforming truth holding fast
Holy Bible Book Divine
Written Down In Language Of Mine
Breath of God as seed is sown
Born
I from above by grace alone
Word of God new life doth give
Free to all look and live
Holy
book as fire it burns
A
quickened spirit in me yearns
Holy Bible Book Divine
Written Down In Language Of Mine
In my
heart may thou be
Hidden there to deliver me
Blessed treasure in my mouth
Depart from thence with boldness shout
Thrust me forth to regions dark
Bearing thy light on paths apart
Holy Bible Book Divine
Written Down In Language Of Mine
Show
me the path that I should walk
Strengthen
me thy words to talk
Sharing thy life with heathens lost
Oh, they are dead what terrible a cost
There
forever they will be
Lest
within thy covers they see
Holy Bible Book Divine
Written Down In Language Of Mine
Holy
Spirit on thy pages blow
Fill
me up enabling me to go
Burn as fire upon my head
Strengthen me to raise the dead
Flow
as water full and free
Bringing new life helping all to see
